Reempresa business handover point

Reempresa is a new model of entrepreneurship that encourages the continuity of companies that are financially viable and are seeking a change of ownership and management. The person taking over assumes the management of an existing company and buys it in its entirety so it may continue in operation. This person updates company operations while the previous owners obtain a return on a business they wish to give up by selling it and helping to make it viable in the future. The company remains in operation thus safeguarding jobs, facilities, customers and suppliers, and adding value to the whole chain, especially as effort made in the creation and growth of the company. Reempresa de Catalunya is an initiative promoted by the CECOT employers’ association and the CP'AC Private Foundation.
