Advisory service for the purchase or lease of a company’s assets and goodwill by one or more persons with a view to continuing the original business, making it grow and avoiding the considerable red tape involved in creating a new company. This is a process whereby one or more entrepreneurs assume ownership of an already existing company to make it grow, while bringing their ideas and enthusiasm yet avoiding the phase involved in creating it. Reempresa de Catalunya is an initiative promoted by the CECOT employers’ association and the CP'AC Private Foundation.
