This is followed by monitoring based on a combination of weekly master classes by videoconference on each of the areas of managing a start-up, led by an expert and the technician from the Inlea Foundation and an onsite campus featuring master classes and individual sessions in which the material worked on in the meetings by videoconference is consolidated. The subjects covered are: business models, human resources, marketing and differentiation, economic and financial plan, investment, technologies, management of indicators, etc.
