The Fondo Apoyo a Empresas (Support Fund for Companies) is a CESCE initiative the main purpose of which is to support companies in obtaining financing through a new channel of non-banking or alternative financing, which offers significant advantages and uses exclusively assets from the company’s own client account. The funds allocated to this fund are contributed mainly by large Spanish sponsors such as Ferrovial, Mutua Madrileña and Técnicas Reunidas, which support this initiative and help to relieve the difficult situation experienced by small and medium-sized companies in accessing financing. The main advantage of the fund is that it makes non-recourse financing available within 6 days and at an annual interest rate of 2.75%, provides an advance of 85-95% of the invoice, does not yield any increased credit risk and supports top investors with maximum flexibility while being 100% online. - Average operation amount: from €1,000 to €850,000 - Phase: expansion - Geographical scope: European Union - Instrument: non-recourse factoring of invoices, promissory notes and cheques - Guarantees: not required
