The Educational Platform foundation originated from the 3 Esses Educational Platform Association. This institution has been working in social education since 1994 and was established on a not-for-profit basis upon the wish of its founders. Its assets are assigned to matters of a general interest in social education and employment integration, and used to care for people, particularly infants and young people at risk of exclusion. It became a foundation in 2002, and is currently governed by a board. This brevity and simplicity are the bases for establishing a truly broad and complex series of intentions, measures and pedagogy with which to work to define a specific institutional project and the programmes and services for implementing it.
