The UdG Park helps to attract, create and develop highly innovative companies, technology-and knowledge-based spin-offs and start-ups and others associated with R+D –in particular University of Girona companies– by encouraging the transfer of the knowledge they generate. It meanwhile also encourages interaction and relations among these and other similar agents and fosters connection between this area and these local agents with the large surroundings.

The Park either directly or indirectly provides services that facilitate company research and innovation activity. The Park directly assists in the design the R+D unit established here by the company, helps to make this unit economically sustainable, renders support in finding technology partners and provides tools for internationalising the company’s research activity. Indirectly, the Park has agreements with specialised suppliers that encourage research, technology transfer and the creation of companies.
