The Economic Promotion Service of the City Council of Vilafranca del Penedès has been promoting entrepreneurship in the territory of Alt Penedès since 1989.

The headquarters of the Economic Promotion Service of the Vilafranca del Penedès Town Hall is located in Centre Àgora Building, where programs and activities are developed linked to the consolidation and business growth and is where the municipal services focused on supporting the start-up of new companies are provided: information and advice to create a company, training for entrepreneurs and business incubator.
