idigital self-diagnosis service - DGTSI

The idigital self-diagnosis service allows the executives and managers of Catalan SMEs to determine their business’ state of digitalisation in different areas upon completing a relevant survey. Upon giving their responses, a report is automatically produced in which the company is ranked according to different levels of maturity with reference to use of ICT in the area analysed. Emphasis is placed on the aspects required to improve competitiveness by making use of ICT. The resulting report is emailed to the management contact address given. idigital self-diagnosis allows, for example, measurement of the current degree of use of ICT in the business in question or determination of its situation as regards mobility, management of clients or the experience of the business on Internet.
