Training itinerary intended to increase employment opportunities through innovation and new technologies. LaborLab+ is a project that aims to increase unemployed people’s likelihood of getting a job and to generate innovation projects. Self-employment is a traditional employment alternative that may also lead to the generation of innovation and foster creativity in personal promotion. To work towards this goal, two itineraries are established in a space for innovation and interaction. The Reinventa't (Reinvent yourself) itinerary, which encourages personal change in tackling new challenges on the employment market and works to create a project; from its beginning (when there is still not a project idea upon which to work) to the end, when the project has been defined. And the Connecta't (Get connected) itinerary which offers support in training with IT tools and facilitates the transition from traditional job-seeking to active searches using the social networks.
