Participation and transparency training services

Nova trains energisers and enablers in participation and transparency. This training allows them to establish participatory dynamics and mechanisms of accountability in their institution in order to: obtain results despite being many, having little time and many issues to deal with; streamline team meetings, assemblies, congresses and other traditional forms of participation and make them effective and productive; achieve greater involvement of different stakeholders to make the results obtained stronger and more legitimate; reach agreements and establish new solutions by consent based on deliberative processes; streamline processes through remote participation while gaining in time and efficiency; demonstrate good organisational management and increase the confidence of citizens, suppliers, partners, customers and investors; and improve public opinion with regard to your organisation by associating it with positive and socially responsible values. We train energisers and enablers both onsite and remotely. We provide training and motivation regarding the strategic importance of transparency and the requirements of the new law. We offer a legal, practical and educational documentary and audio-visual collection on transparency initiatives and laws, on access to information, on accountability and on good governance.
