Advice to and follow-up of the entrepreneurs on the LinkToStart Programme

Meetings focused on the use of Lean Start-up methodology to validate the idea or the minimum viable product (MVP) with the market. The business model and competitive strategy are analysed. Support and specific training are also given in some areas of management (finance, patents, legal, communication, attracting talent, etc.). If they require, they will be offered assistance in the market study and valorisation of technology. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of seeking financing and on the right team. Specific work sessions related to entrepreneurship are advertised and participation at them is encouraged to improve knowledge and to network. The schedule for sessions is agreed with the entrepreneur.
