Participation and transparency advice services

Nova offers advice on participation and transparency, both to encourage the internal management of institutions on a participatory and accountable basis, and to establish more participatory and transparent relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, donors, etc. Specifically: it provides advice on the needs and options of participation of a group; jointly plans participation processes; organises processes or participatory events; innovates with systems that ensure quality participation; integrates and energises Internet in participatory processes; jointly analyses the needs of the organisation and defines the objectives to achieve good governance; gives advice on how to diagnose situations and on how to implement transparency policy technically and/or on a participatory basis; jointly agrees on the prioritisation and scheduling with a view to applying key areas and issues for publication; provides technical support for the implementation of services, systems and platforms with which to audit, for publication, with a view to creating and maintaining a the organisation’s transparency portal; and offers joint development of a Plan of Transparency Excellence involving participation and other measures over and beyond that required by law.
