The consolidation measures are intended to prevent a high failure rate among companies during their first five years. Three types of actions are conducted: Start Session, with the ADEG, a company with extensive experience provides advice on the creation stage and where networking starts; Tertúlia 5, sessions in groups of around 5 people run jointly with the ADEG for the exchange of knowledge and experiences; technical advice and follow-up during the first three years of the business project. It also features the full technical and legal service of the ADEG and of the Penedès Business Union.
