Caixa Capital Micro II Micro is a micro venture capital instrument that invests in the shareholder equity of companies through participation loans, with a temporary capitalisation option. This instrument is intended to temporarily accompany projects in the process of development and thus determine from the inside whether these have true potential for growth. If they have, the loan is converted into company shares and the project is accompanied to the subsequent round of financing. This vehicle focuses investment on recently-incorporated innovative companies with high growth potential, favours co-investment with other agents that operate in the same stage (entrepreneurs, business angels, accelerators, public funds or private investors).
