Nauta Capital VC Partners co-invests in recently-incorporated companies with high potential in the WiFi and mobility, business software and security, and e-commerce and internet sectors on new potential or established markets. Nauta Capital initially receives the executive summary of the proposition and meets the company in question to understand it properly and to get to know the team better. Once the two parties are ready to reach a preliminary agreement, the investment committee prepares a sheet of terms featuring an offer for the company and some specific investment conditions. When this document has been signed by both parties, the due diligence, and the final shareholders’ and investment agreements are prepared in order to close the offer.
