The Balaguer Businesses Innovation Center, CEI Balaguer, houses the Balaguer City Council's Economic Promotion and Employment Area, which has these objectives:
• Plan and implement local development and economic promotion actions.
• Maintain a permanent dialogue with local economic sectors and agents.
• Promote the entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative business culture.
• Host and promote new business and professional projects.
• Carry out business prospecting in order to meet the personnel needs of our companies and the most demanded professional profiles.
• Advise and accompany people in the job search process and in improving their employability, providing information, tools and resources that respond to the needs of local companies.
• Carry out training actions for local economic actors.
