A coworking, or coworking space, is a place equipped with all the resources and benefits of a shared office where entrepreneurs and small companies can work on their projects in exchange for a monthly fee.
This service provides not only a place to work, but also meets other needs such as: offering the possibility of creating synergies with other projects in the space, receiving support from the management team in administrative tasks, guidance for training and project development, or feeling accompanied by an empathetic community with the difficult times that entrepreneurs suffer during their professional lives.
The Lluís Serra co-worker also introduces an innovative model: instead of paying a monthly fee in euros, users contribute to their environment through a social return, providing their professional services to the community of El Prat through neighborhood entities and public services so that residents are the ultimate beneficiaries of this return.
The Lluís Serra co-working was created within a space of the El Prat City Council with a grant from the Integral Neighbourhood Programme for the improvement of income of the AMB
