The Terrassa Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a service institution the purpose of which is to offer information, advice and training to improve the management of companies, to encourage internationalisation, to favour the general interests of companies and to assume active commitment in the economic development of the city’s area of influence. It meanwhile represents and promotes the general interests of companies and acts as an advisory body to the authorities. The Terrassa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, founded on 29 June 1886, was the first chamber of commerce to be established in Catalonia and the third in Spain.

Aquesta entitat és una entitat subvencionada pel programa Primer de preacceleració amb l'objectiu d’impulsar arreu de Catalunya la creació d'startups basades en oportunitats i fortaleses del territori, per aconseguir una Catalunya més competitiva i territorialment equilibrada.
