TRAMITA – Constituïm (incorporation of companies)

The Business Centre has an Entrepreneur Assistance Point (PAE) from companies with the following legal statuses can be incorporated: Limited Companies (SL), Sole Proprietor (EI) Limited Liability Entrepreneur (ERL). The administrative formalities for incorporating companies from the PAE are performed online in a single procedure. With this service, entrepreneurs need not travel to any other authority or registry (except for making the deed public before a notary for Limited Companies). This system means a company can be created and active in 72 hours at the most. Note that this is a completely free service for entrepreneurs, although any expenses generated as tariffs or taxes must be taken into account (Notary fees and the register of companies).
