Since 2011, people with entrepreneurial projects have been offered a number of business incubator-type spaces in an office building in Sant Just Diagonal, the area’s benchmark business centre. These creative spaces are equipped as offices for lease at affordable prices with a view to encouraging the start of business. There is a total of 9 spaces (of around 30 m2) and average occupancy stands at 90%. These areas are managed through the municipal company Promunsa.

Addressed to: Any person presenting a business project related to artistic activities, multimedia or new technologies with a clear innovative component.
